30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@joyfulfashion.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Please note:

  • Returns must be shipped to us within the 30-day window.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@joyfulfashion.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
